Do you recognize yourself in this?
These are issues that (almost) everyone encounters at some point in their career. You get all kinds of ideas or sometimes conflicting advice from the people around you. Or, you do apply, but this is really nothing more than shooting with hail. So, where and how?

Martin is a fantastic personal coach for transitioning. He excels at combining and varying coaching philosophies and techniques, finding what suits you and your situation. I rediscovered my passion and personal leadership as a director.
"Martin Thoolen is a great coach, with a clear approach and plenty of room for genuine deepening. The book "Spirites Personal Leadership" has given me valuable tools for further personal development, I write with a big smile! Thanks, Martin".
Martin has reconnected my head, heart and soul. This automatically resulted in me rediscovering my own strength. I also learned to handle (emotional) manipulation, confrontation and overcome my fears. I am extremely grateful to Martin for rediscovering myself and would like everyone to have this experience. In short: I highly recommend Martin's coaching!!!
I can recommend it to absolutely everyone. I felt more comfortable from the first session. The coaches' years of experience with peace, friendliness, wisdom and integrity is a great positive point.
"Martin gives me advice on my career and life. He inspires me and gives clarity face-to-face, by audio and video call".
Martin is a true and intellectual professional, who is an expert in guiding people to approach business content with authenticity. This transformation allows them to come in their own strength, resulting in an increase of confidence and a successful performance.
"I have experienced Martin as a sincere and expert coach who knows how to make crystal clear analyses that are useful to P&O consultants - clear, development-focused and realistic. He is also pleasant in conversation and has a passion for his work".
With my more than thirty years of experience, I (re)recognize the opportunities and the pitfalls in career change in practice.
In addition, through my many years of trainer experience, I master proven theoretical models and exercises. As a result, you will return to work in a whistling manner and that you will have a position in which you feel good and in which your qualities emerge optimally.
I help you clarify what you really want in your career and that you see what is required of you now to move forward.
In addition to these opportunities that I can offer you, you increase the chance of having more fun and energy in your job if you go out on your own. I encourage you to get started with the insights gained and to keep working with exercises and practical assignments. You are pointed out the possibilities and impossibilities and you learn to see how you can become a co-architect of your own career again.

There is no question of a standard trajectory for me, just as no use is made of only models. Customization is provided, tailored to your reality. This is because everyone is unique and therefore different. If you opt for career coaching with me, the chance that you will find a nice and suitable job is simply a lot greater.
To determine, without obligation, whether I can truly help you, you can request a free online discovery call. We'll get to know each other and see if we connect. There's ample opportunity for you to share your story and explain the reason for your coaching. I'll help you agree on concrete goals that we can use to monitor your development.
I also explain specifically how I can help you progress using insights, exercises and assignments. This outlines what you can expect from my coaching process.
If both parties feel comfortable working together, we'll discuss a suitable proposal for the number of coaching sessions and the associated current costs. If desired, I'll prepare a quote outlining your objectives, terms, and costs.
Each coaching session normally lasts 1.5 hours. This allows us to really go deep and tackle your issues at the core. The number of sessions for the majority of issues is often 3, and a maximum of 6.
The first three coaching sessions follow each other in rapid succession (every week or two weeks), so that you really make progress with what you have been given. After a verbal interim evaluation, we examine whether the desired development has come about. If we continue the process you will act increasingly on the basis of your own strength. The remaining sessions will be every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. Then you always have a back-up to look forward to.
I use three methods of arranging the intake and coaching sessions:
