It will include the agreed goals, applied methods, programme and costs so that you know what you are getting. Quality assurance consists of a written evaluation at the end of each training course. We use this to generate an evaluation report that is sent to the principal for perusal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trainer(s)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the past, I provided various in-company training courses and workshops for diverse organizations for 19 years at \u2018Circumference\u2019, 10 years as a freelancer for \u2018Publiek Domein\u2019, and 8 years at \u2018Boertien &amp; Partners\u2019.Over the past 7 years, I have had the privilege of delivering many new workshops and in-company training sessions under my own company name. As a trainer, I offer extensive experience to inspire your organization with a wide range of topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I frequently hire in an experienced co-trainer from my network for groups larger than 6 participants. Cooperation with co-trainers from within the organisation is also an option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturally, the choice of methodology is harmonised with the issue and the wishes of the principal.
